Service Description
Are you unaware of the service or product needed to jump-start your skincare journey? A new client consultation consists of a thorough skin examination. Best practices are discussed and explained to the client. You leave with recommended products and treatment options to guide you to your skincare goals.
Cancellation Policy
To reserve your time slot there is a 25% Non-refundable deposit fee that is due 48hrs before your appointment time. This will be sent via email after booking. Without a deposit, your appointment will automatically be cancelled. A customer service representative will be in contact with you if payment isn’t made. If you have to cancel 24 hours before your appointment and a deposit is already in place, you may reschedule. Same Day Cancellation: We understand that things may happen, but any cancellations in less than 24 hours are subject to loss of your deposit. In order to rebook, you must pay a second non-refundable deposit fee. If anything comes up on short notice, please contact us as soon as possible. Same Day Booking: If you've booked an appointment for the same day, your invoice will be sent to you immediately. *NOTE:* If you’d like to pay for your entire service online, kindly notify us so that we can send the entire cost for service to you. If you have to cancel less that 24hrs 50% will be refunded. Failure to honor our policies could result in the forfeiture of future services.
