Goals
Our brilliantly-designed facials target challenges such as acne (anywhere from whiteheads to severe cystic acne), hyperpigmentation, melasma, moisture barrier health, texture, redness, and more. Your unique treatment plan will be determined after your in-service consultation.
NEW CLIENTS
First time clients are recommended to schedule The Essential Glow facial. This allows us to do a thorough consultation and gauge your skin's sensitivity, which will help us curate the most effective treatment plan to ensure long term results. Or The Instant Glow which is a mini facial for those wanting a simple glow facial.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Clients are able to reschedule and cancel upcoming appointments by clicking on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in your confirmation email. Please try to reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. No shows are flagged and place on the deposit before service list for future.
LATENESS
While we do not charge for lateness, your service time will be adjusted based on the time you arrive. If you are 15 minutes late to a 60 minute service, your total service time will be 45 minutes. Your appointment must be rescheduled if you'll be more than 30 minutes late.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Dermaplaning: This service is not available if you are on blood thinners, have uncontrolled diabetes, terminal hair growth (such as a beard), cold sores, open wounds, burns (including sunburn), a rash, infections, inflamed acne, or rosacea. Please wait at least 6 months post-Accutane to schedule this service.
Chemical Peel: This service is not available if you are a first time client, pregnant, nursing, on antibiotics, are currently on or have been on Accutane within the past 6 months, have any cold sores, open wounds, rashes, inflamed eczema or rosacea, burns (including sunburn), infection, an autoimmune disease, or cancer.
